High prices, no insurance accepted, the staff does not care one way or another about you, and the turn over on staff is just ridiculous. Years ago they were a better clinic but they've increasingly gone down hill and continue to do so. If you want good addiction health services go to My Covert Action by Methodist.
If anyone is having any doubts or dead-ends looking for help out of opiate addiction THIS is the place. I have only just started with their program but was already treated with respect love and the rarest thing to find when it comes to medical care; empathy. People here are not regurgitated textbook robots. Most have stories of their own. I even got a hug from one of the staff. Love and support surrounds this company. Don't be expecting an easy in and out though as they are trying to build relationships with you immediately. Probably so they won't lose you to the drugs. They offer methadone and buprenorphine (suboxone) programs.
